Acne is something that everyone deals with. I hate when I wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and find a big pimple on my face, it usually appears at the worst times like when it's picture day. Lately I've discovers quick acne and pimple life hacks that work really well and cure acne. So I decide to make a video on 5 Acne life hacks that work fast and overnight. I hope you enjoy the video.

1. Steam

Clogged pores can cause acne breakouts, the best way to cleanse your skin is by steaming your face. The warm steams makes your face sweat, which opens your pores and removes all the dirt on your face. Leaving your face clean and overall giving you a glowing complex.

2. Tooth paste

Applying toothpaste on a pimple reduces redness and swelling. It dries out the pimple, reducing the size. It also has anti bacteria which is great for pimples because it kills all the bacteria in your face, stopping more breakouts from starting.

3. Ice

After I wash my face and notice a breakout, the first thing that I like to do is apply some ice on my face. Ice reduces redness, swelling and inflammation. It also shrinks your pores, so they're less likely to get clogged. And that means less bacteria will get in and cause an infection.

4. Aspirin

Aspirin has Salicylic acid, an ingredient used in acne products. What I like to do is crush some aspirin mix it with honey. I then apply it to my face and leave it for 30 minutes. After that I wash my face and notice a reduce in size and redness.

5. Lemon

I love applying lemon juice to my face after cleansing it because it reduces acne scars. I have a bad habit of picking on my acne and that can cause scarring. After applying lemon juice to my face, I notice a big improvement in my acne scars.

The types of foods you eat can affect how you feel. Studies have shown that eating foods high in vitamins, minerals and Omega 3 fatty acids can have a positive impact on your mood. I notice that my mood improved when I switch my diet. I was losing weight and I felt better about myself. I finally loved shopping for new clothes and I looked great. I also started adding more fermented foods like kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut to my diet. Fermented foods are full with probiotics which improve your gut health. That's important because having bad gut bacteria can cause anxiety and depression. I started increasing my daily activities by taking afternoon walks and riding my bike. By combining a plant based diet and exercise, I rarely got depressed or had anxiety.


The First thing I notice when I switched from eating junk foods to a plant based diet is an increase of energy. I notice that after a meal, I didn't feel tired, I actually felt more energized. When you eat a plant based diet your body receives all the nutrients it needs to fuel your mind and body, which increases your energy levels. I also had better sleep and felt more awake in the morning.

Improved Health

When I ate a diet full of processed foods,  I dealt with digestive problems. I was diagnosed with IBS and it was a hard thing to manage. When I switch to a plant based diet, I notice my body had an easier time digesting foods. I felt better after I ate, and I rarely had to deal with symptoms of IBS like Gas and bloating. I notice that I rarely craved junk foods like candy and chips. I loved that when I ate a diet full of fruits and vegetables I was less likely to have health disease like obesity, heart problems and cancer. It inspired me to make healthier choices like taking the stairs instead of elevators, or ordering a salad instead of a burger with fries.

Amazing things happen when you get out of your comfort zone and face your fears. Traveling pushes your boundaries. You're often in a new environment that you have no control over. This can be exciting because you're more likely to face your fear of height or trying different food. You'll make beautiful memories, that will inspired you to face your fears daily.

The best way to discover yourself is by traveling. It helps you to live in the moment and forgot all the stress back home. Traveling gets you to break your daily routine and see how you act in tough situations. You get to learn new things that change your perspective of the world. You meet so many types of people that can influence you and change your life.
