What I Eat In A Day: Vegan, Gluten Free & Plant Based Diet


Health to me is important. I have gluten and sugar intolerance and it's something that I have struggled with for ages. Over the years I've learn so much about nutrition, and what a healthy, balanced diet is. I decided share my lifestyle and diet, to inspire everyone to eat healthy and stay fit.


I'm not a breakfast person, so I usually grab something quick to go like almonds or pistachios. They're easy to take with you, if you're on a rush. And they fill me up, so I'm not hungry an hour later.  

For lunch I like to keep it simply but eating a salad. It's an easy lunch idea, if you're at work or school. I usually make my salad with spinach, cucumbers, ginger, avocado, grilled chicken, tomatoes and lemon as a dressing. Sometimes I end up going to whole foods, and making a salad from their salad bar if I didn't pack a lunch.

         Dinner is my favorite time to spend time with family, and share how our days were. I usually eat rice with a meat dish. Sometimes I eat gluten free pasta with sauce. But I try to keep it light, because I hate going to bed with a heavy stomach. And after I love drinking a hot cup of peppermint tea.
