Why I Drink Lemon Water In The Morning

On a cold day, I love starting my day by drinking a warm cup of water with a slice of lemon. I'm on a low sugar diet, so I drink lemon water as a replacement for juice. There's so many benefits of drinking warm lemon water in the morning. Lemon water balances the PH in your body, making your body more alkaline. Having an alkaline body is important for good health. I love that it keeps me hydrated and boosts my immune system because of the vitamin C and potassium.
